do you also know about the marie biscuit choco/coconut rolls that turn out like a 2 color cashew pista roll... just brown and white.. becoz the marrie biscuit is crushed and a dough is made with milk... ? I don't know exactly how to make it.. but i've had it and it tastes really good, too

I am sure you are going to love it Bin. Just make sure that when buy the Poblano pepper, they are really big so that when you slit it for stuffing, it doesn't tear while stuffing as there is only little room to stuff.

Hi Bin,

Once you have the marie biscuit covered with butter/cocoa mixture and refrigerated as per the recipe, place it on a cutting board. Then cut it as per my vague picture below.
Suppose the following is the block of marie biscuit after the recipe.
–
-
–

Cut it from the angle of \ as below. This should give you the beautiful lines of butter & coffee mixture when cut. I hope this helps.

These look so pretty! I have seen them on nag's blog before:) just one question, after coating the entire stack in cocoa mixture, how can I cover it with foil?? won't the coating stick on the foil instead of on the biscuits??
