Thanks for checking out my site. You can usually find karela/bitter melon in Asian/Indian stores. Chinese stores carry them too but it is slightly different from the Indian variety but do-able. If you cannot find bitter melon, you can buy any vegetable that looks similar to bitter melon or buy anything that you can stuff. You can also check your local super market. Nowadays they carry more asian vegetables too.
